ROLE: The Store Manager is responsible for managing and operating a single store. They must be familiar with all systems, methods, and procedures involved in the operation of this store. The Store Manager is responsible for properly applying all guidelines and should enforce established standards at all times. The central focus is achieving the sales plan by maximizing productivity of all available resources while maintaining the integrity and image of the brand. MISSION: Achievement of Store Sales Goals. Control of Store expenses. Ensure exemplary levels of client service through constant monitoring, assessing, and coaching of staff while managing client development. Ensure stock fill-in on basics and purchase assortment to achieve store goals. Maintain merchandise presentation to support the collection's direction and maximize sales. Oversee overall store presentation, including maintenance, housekeeping, professionalism, and organization. Ensure smooth store operations through confident and knowledgeable decision-making, considering consequences, alternatives, and available resources. Manage inventory control. Lead effective staff management through coaching and development. Recruit the best candidates. Allocate 25% of the role to training and development, including overseeing staff training on product knowledge, client service, systems, procedures, and teamwork, as well as developing personnel development plans with clear, measurable goals. Create an environment that fosters high morale and team spirit, encouraging group activities, contests, and employee benefits with prior approval from corporate. Review and approve schedules to ensure adequate coverage, including daily zone and break schedules, weekly and vacation schedules, and synchronize managers’ schedules for proper management presence. Conduct weekly store meetings to communicate employee and sales issues, product knowledge, and other relevant topics. Review daily sales expectations, shipments, and priorities each morning. Recommend sales and marketing strategies to meet goals. Maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and the corporate office. PROFILE: 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in the luxury sector. Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
