About the Role
We are a growing construction and renovation company looking for a
Project Coordinator cum Interior Designer
to join our team. This is a
hands-on, hybrid role
that involves both project coordination and design work. Ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and also capable of handling site coordination and client communication. You’ll work closely with the Director, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to bring projects from concept to completion — covering residential, commercial, and A&A works. Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning Meet with clients to understand design requirements and propose layout and concept Prepare concept, space planning, and design presentations Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D visuals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software Source for materials, finishes, fittings, and furniture Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution Project Coordination Liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants Prepare and track project timelines, schedules, and deliverables Attend site meetings and monitor progress to ensure quality and timeliness Prepare documentation such as quotations, work schedules, and progress reports Support project costing, procurement, and material orders Ensure compliance with site safety, regulatory, and design standards Work closely with Director and site team to manage daily operations Requirements
Minimum a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior design and/or project coordination in Singapore Experience in commercial and/or A&A projects Familiar with Singapore's renovation rules and regulations as well as BCA regulations or submission processes Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads, clients, or project opportunities Able to prepare simple tender documentation and assist with costing Basic knowledge in materials sourcing and vendor management Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign etc.) Good sense of aesthetics and space planning Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently Knowledge in renovation/construction processes preferred Able to read technical drawings and work with site personnel Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willing to travel to sites and work flexible hours when needed Class 3 license is a plus
