Greenlight Guru is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented
Events & Experiential Marketing Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our event and experiential marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving pipeline and brand engagement through virtual and in-person experiences, webinars, industry events, and strategic gifting programs. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong project management skills and experience leading high-impact events in a fast-paced B2B environment. Your contributions and responsibilities: Own the end-to-end event lifecycle for virtual and on-site events from strategic planning to execution and follow-up. Serve as the on-site marketing lead for major events and trade shows, managing booth presence, experience, and team coordination. Develop and execute comprehensive post-show follow-up strategies including Gong sequence implementation and Popl lead management. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and RevOps to ensure event alignment with business goals. Track and report on event performance, pipeline influence, and ROI through detailed analysis and readouts. Own end-to-end webinar execution, including project management, Goldcast/Hubspot setup, promotions, and post-event follow-up. Ensure alignment with content, demand gen, and sales teams throughout the entire process to maximize engagement and pipeline impact. Gifting & Direct Mail Develop and manage our postal gifting strategy to support ABM, event engagement, etc. Oversee execution and fulfillment of targeted direct mail campaigns, measuring impact on pipeline and engagement. Budget Management Own the events and experiential marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and clear ROI tracking. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in event marketing or experiential marketing in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven success in executing both virtual and in-person events that drive engagement and revenue impact. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Experience with tools like Goldcast, Gong, Popl, HubSpot, and gifting platforms (e.g., Sendoso, Postal.io). Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics and optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing external vendors or partners.
