KPMG is seeking a Manager for our Audit Resource Management organization. This role involves developing staffing strategies, overseeing staff work products, contributing to staffing decisions, and managing strategic initiatives related to resource deployment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement onboarding and staffing strategies, align resources with engagement demands, and resolve conflicts as needed. Oversee staff work products, manage project deadlines, and lead teams. Participate in staffing decisions, supervise staff, and provide feedback. Prepare reports on hours, utilization, and headcount; assist in financial planning. Manage strategic initiatives supporting resource deployment; stay informed on business impacts. Identify and recommend process improvements. Qualifications: Minimum five years of experience in resource management or client service delivery, preferably in professional services. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas). Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
