Infosys is seeking a skilled, dedicated, and proactive

Group Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Operations

with strong interpersonal and technical skills to operate a large-scale IT infrastructure deployed globally. Required Skills: Located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to Tempe, AZ, Richardson, TX, Raleigh, NC, Hartford, CT, or Indianapolis, IN. Travel in the US may be required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience can substitute for each year of education. Minimum 10 years of IT experience. Authorized to work in the US. Manage support teams for End-to-End Infrastructure Cloud Operations. Oversee 24x7 support services ensuring stability and performance of client-facing applications. Manage staff responsible for Infrastructure Cloud Operations (Azure, Compute, Database, etc.). Staff/employee administration including performance appraisals, coaching, work assignments, training, and resource planning. Experience managing a team of approximately 100 members, primarily operating from India and US. Define internal and support level agreements; lead meetings to address service issues. Manage major IT incident events as Second in Command to the Program Director. Vendor management including selection, contract negotiation, and SOW reviews. Ensure hardware and software licensing compliance. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions; participate in purchase and implementation decisions. Collaborate with customers and analysts to understand business needs and design technical solutions. Maintain relationships with C-level executives to align IT strategy with business goals. Set organizational objectives and contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning. Adhere to and improve ITIL processes. Preferred Skills: Experience leading IT support/service teams. Knowledge of data center management, computer operations, and IT infrastructure support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of emerging technologies like Containerization, AI, ML. ITIL and PMP certifications are desirable. Experience with application management support and facilitating multi-disciplinary meetings. Decision-making judgment, adaptability, and knowledge of healthcare enterprise products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Information:
