The Role As a Senior Cloud Platform/DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving infrastructure modernization across the organization. You’ll be part of a specialized cloud platform team, acting as a bridge between technical teams and strategic goals. Your work will influence everything from platform scalability to security and continuous deployment. Collaboration is key — you’ll coach product teams, foster knowledge sharing, and ensure alignment between architecture and execution. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain cloud solutions that align with business and technical Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) requirements.
Lead on the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and integrate development, testing, and operational workflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
Document architectures and implementations using Azure Wiki and Microsoft Visio.
Mentor and support teams on best practices in cloud development and DevOps strategy.
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to upskill peers and foster innovation.
The Ideal Candidate Certified Azure DevOps Expert (AZ-305) with 3+ years of project-based experience.
Proficient in IaC using Bicep and Terraform through Azure DevOps.
Deep knowledge of core Azure services (e.g., Entra ID, App Service, API Management, Application Gateway, Azure Monitor).
Experienced with containerization using AKS and CI/CD automation.
Skilled in scripting with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python.
Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Visio, SharePoint, and Office.
Strong communicator and natural facilitator — able to link product and platform teams.
Structured, proactive, and eager to take ownership in a rapidly evolving environment.
Up to date on cloud trends and always ready to propose creative solutions.
Bonus Points For HashiCorp Cloud Engineer Certification (Terraform).
Experience leading development or engineering teams.
Prior experience with cloud migration from on-prem infrastructure.
Certifications in project methodology and ITIL (e.g., ServiceNow).
