About the Team The TikTok Customer Service Platform (CSP) is responsible for providing support services to TikTok users, collecting and analyzing user feedback, and helping optimize products and services to enhance user experience and satisfaction. Key objectives include: Increasing user retention by resolving user issues efficiently. Improving user experience through engagement and feedback. Providing valuable data and insights for decision-making. Enhancing brand image by prompt response to user inquiries. Supporting business operations and marketing activities. The platform acts as a vital link between TikTok and its users, delivering business value across multiple facets. Responsibilities
Develop the front-end of the TikTok customer service platform, including page interactions, data visualization, and customer service systems. Understand business requirements, address technical challenges, and contribute to technical planning and architecture. Optimize development models and process standards to improve efficiency and code quality. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Strong foundation in computer science, proficient in at least one front-end framework (React/Vue), with understanding of its design philosophy. Familiarity with Node.js, frameworks like Express/Koa, and experience in server-side development preferred. Understanding of front-end engineering concepts, capable of designing robust system modules and components. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with product and design teams. Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve front-end issues. Preferred Qualifications: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience. About TikTok
