(ALL APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE ON OAHU) Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Join Our Team as an Experienced Accounting Clerk Are you an accounting professional with a few years under your belt and ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team player with 2–5 years of experience in accounting who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment. At Seal Masters, we are: Committed to the Team, the Company, and the Client Open to Sharing and Receiving Ideas Respectful of Each Other Always Focused on Enjoying Each Day with Good Intentions Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, data entry, and reconciliations Support month-end and year-end closing processes and assist with financial reporting Maintain organized and accurate financial records Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal procedures Take ownership of special projects and process improvements as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support company-wide initiatives What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of accounting experience (construction or service industry a plus) Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure Problem-solving mindset with a desire to continuously improve Clear verbal and written communication skills Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team Why You'll Love It Here: Supportive, growth-minded team Opportunities to expand your skill set and advance within the company Engaging, collaborative work environment 401(k)
