We are looking for an exceptional
Executive Business Partner
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in providing support to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and partner with this Developer Business Unit team in assisting with various activities in a fast growing organization. This person will serve as a key resource for the CTO and his team in keeping their schedules aligned while simultaneously liaising with the teams to ensure that projects, meetings, and questions are being addressed. This role goes beyond calendar management—it's about becoming a trusted partner who enables the CTO and developer teams to operate at their best. The ideal candidate will be responsive, positive, and willing to jump in and assist wherever needed .
You will also be responsible for: Managing and acting as a gatekeeper for daily calendars - solving complex scheduling situations in an efficient and collaborative manner Communicating on behalf of the CTO and his team team both internally and externally including customers and executive staff Organizing meetings, events, and activities for the team to ensure teams feel engaged Collaborate with team on onsite events and provide onsite support as required Coordinate complex domestic and international travel for the CTO and key members of the team, ensuring efficient itineraries, seamless logistics, and alignment with meeting priorities Executing special projects by partnering with cross-functional teams and and EBP’s while managing deadline pressures and communicating proactive updates Determining levels of urgency of incoming issues and the appropriate course of action in collaboration with other EBP's and team Building strong relationships with the CTO and his team to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence within the organization Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Executive Business Partner, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start up environment Experience using Google Suite and Mac a plus Knowledge of software and tools such as Coupa, Navan, and Airtable a plus BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Experience working with Developers and Engineers a plus This role is expected to be based out of our San Francisco office daily Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
