What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the design, development, and optimization of dashboards, data models, and analytical tools to support business and educational performance metrics - Translate complex data into actionable insights and clearly communicate findings to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders - Own the full analytics workflow, including data extraction (SQL), transformation, and visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - Design and evaluate A/B tests for product and content experimentation, interpreting results to inform decision-making - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of internal data best practices and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a data analytics or data science role, preferably in education, edtech, or a service-based company - Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries) - Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in educational data analysis or adaptive learning technologies - Exposure to machine learning techniques and model deployment - Prior leadership or mentorship experience within analytics teams - Strong business acumen with an understanding of how data supports strategic goals
