Lead and align IT security priorities with organizational mission and vision. Develop security strategy and plan with senior management and architecture team. Establish enterprise information security architecture (EISA) by aligning business processes, IT systems, networks, and operations with security strategies. Evaluate security proposals and identify alternative strategies. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of security safeguards. Interpret and approve security requirements for new technologies. Manage external threat intelligence monitoring. Communicate security incidents to senior management. Knowledge
Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of information assurance, security program management, and project management principles. Understanding of network threats, intrusion detection, and network architecture. Familiarity with security technologies and incident response methodologies. Leadership and organizational skills for managing staff and resources. Experience Relevant work experience in information security and a degree or industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC are preferred. Salary Range $137,400 - 233,600 USD.
