The Judge Group is seeking experienced, competitive, and self-motivated Account Executives to join our expanding team across North America.

Compensation
Average incomes in 2024 for full-year employees:
37% earned over $250,000
35% earned between $150,000 and $250,000
14% earned between $100,000 and $150,000
14% earned between $75,000 and $100,000

Job Responsibilities
Research and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
Develop new business through meetings, presentations, cold calling, conferences, and referrals
Expand and maintain existing client relationships
Maintain a pipeline of 10-15 client meetings weekly, including Zoom presentations
Secure qualified job opportunities from clients
Minimum Requirements
2-3+ years of business development or recruiting experience with a successful track record
Traits: energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, commission-driven, goal-oriented, proactive
Experience with local mid-market and/or national accounts
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
