**Responsibilities** - Lead and manage an agile team to deliver high-quality features on time - Define and prioritize features based on user feedback, market analysis, and business goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and analytics - Monitor product performance and make data-driven improvements - Lead UI/UX efforts, emphasizing great user experience - Oversee roadmaps for mobile and web platforms aligning with company goals - Advocate for user needs, addressing pain points in wellness and healthcare markets
**Qualifications** - Minimum 4 years managing consumer-facing digital products - Proven experience in leading software products from inception to launch in an Agile environment - Expertise in product adoption, user engagement, and subscription models - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform product development - Success in growing user bases for digital products - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to decompose problems into successful products - Experience in wellness and healthcare is a plus - Proficiency with agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana - Experience with design tools like Figma for UI/UX collaboration
