Job Objectives
Lead and deliver the
AML SAM Actimize
upgrade into Production in alignment with SDM policies. Provide reliable and timely
system analysis
and
technical support
for AML Transaction Monitoring system upgrade. Offer leadership during
System Integration Testing (SIT)
and
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
phases. Manage and resolve
audit
and
security findings
within stipulated timelines. Identify, escalate, and address
critical delivery blockers
with contextual solutions or workarounds. Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and document the proposed solution in
Functional Specifications ; estimate required effort. Design, develop, and perform
unit testing
for AML Transaction Monitoring system. Review and contribute to
SIT
and
UAT
test planning and execution. Collaborate with
vendor teams
to ensure successful delivery and upgrade of
SAM v9.0
for AML systems. Work closely with stakeholders during all phases of system delivery. Coordinate with
infrastructure
and
change management
teams for application deployment in a
DevOps
environment. Setup and maintain application infrastructure in
UNIX, Windows,
and
Oracle
environments. Implement system changes in test and production via
Bitbucket, Jenkins,
and
Aldon
tools. Conduct internal
knowledge-sharing sessions
and
best practices training
to improve team competency. Key Requirements
Minimum
10 years
of experience in AML system enhancements, especially for
Transaction Monitoring
in the
banking industry . Strong hands-on experience with
AML-Actimize
(RCM, SAM, AIS) configurations and development. Proven ability to lead
design workshops
and
requirement gathering sessions
with business users. Proficiency in
Oracle SQL
and
PL/SQL
for data analysis and development. Strong background in
data mapping
between source and target systems. Demonstrated
vendor management
experience and effective stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of
application design principles
and operational impact assessment. Minimum
9 years
of total IT experience. Excellent
communication skills , with the ability to present effectively using
MS Excel
and
PowerPoint . Independent contributor with the ability to lead system analysis activities
