Elevating our Guides to workshop virtuosos through world-class training and development Crafting comprehensive Guide Playbooks that become the blueprint for educational excellence Delivering game-changing feedback that transforms good Guides into exceptional ones Leading by example as you mentor a select group of students, showcasing the art of elite coaching

Creating traditional lesson plans - our adaptive apps handle the content; you'll focus on making our Guides incredible facilitators Compromising on excellence - our 100% mastery standard is non-negotiable Running mundane training sessions - expect dynamic, high-impact professional development that inspires
Principal Learning Consulting Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
Willingness to work on-site at one of our premium locations: Orange County, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or Raleigh Bachelor's degree (field open) 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields Track record of developing groundbreaking educational initiatives Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for building and inspiring high-performance teams Meaningful experience working with students aged 5-18 Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to improvement U.S. work authorization

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
