As a General Manager, you will lead your restaurant's success by managing your team, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for hiring, training, retention, and achieving sales and profit goals. You should run the store as if it were your own, with a focus on profitability. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quick Service Restaurant management. High School Diploma required; BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or related field preferred. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Serve Safe Certification is a plus; training may be provided. Understanding of P&L and profitability influence. Positive conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands of a restaurant environment.
