JV Soccer Coach
who will also serve as the
Assistant Head Coach
for the 2025 fall soccer season. This is a seasonal stipend position ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about developing student-athletes both on and off the field. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Junior Varsity (JV) soccer team during practices and games. Support the Head Coach in planning and executing team practices and game strategies. Model and teach character, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and school staff. Uphold and enforce all school, league, and CHSAA rules and expectations. Foster a positive team culture focused on student growth and development. Supervise players during practices, games, and team travel. Qualifications: Prior soccer coaching or playing experience required (high school or higher level preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build strong relationships with students and serve as a role model. Must pass a background check and meet all CHSAA coaching requirements. CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain). Schedule: Practices and games occur after school and occasionally on weekends. Position ends October 31, 2025. Compensation: $2,500 stipend for the season.
