As a Case Manager (CM), you will manage and coordinate KYC due diligence activities for new and existing client relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will leverage your expertise to support anti-money laundering (AML) policies and manage client pipelines, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external clients, providing transparency on request progress. Understand complex AFC, regulatory, data standards, and tax requirements for onboarding Review case files, identify gaps in KYC submissions, and assess risks Prioritize and manage cases effectively, ensuring process adherence and SLAs Serve as the front office point of contact for due diligence teams Document findings and risk assessments thoroughly Handle sensitive client data confidentially, complying with data protection rules Skills You’ll Need

Moderate industry experience in AML/KYC and investment banking products Excellent communication skills Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Experience working with nearshore and offshore stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Skills That Will Help You Excel

Ability to communicate requirements clearly, translating policies into understandable terms Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to ensure quality delivery Expectations
