Job Description:
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support Mission Systems hiring needs. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be part of our enterprise-wide digital transformation by directly impacting the quality of candidates we hire through sourcing and prescreening top talent leveraging agile recruitment methodologies. Responsibilities: Partner with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, building targeted sourcing plans to pipeline diverse talent. Cultivate relationships with key candidates and talent pools, turning applicants from non-active to active by developing strong relationships. Research market conditions and industry trends related to competitors to assist in decision-making and marketing positions. Source candidates from various sources, emphasizing LinkedIn, HireEZ, Indeed, social media, search engines (Google Chrome, Boolean strings), and niche job boards. Leverage professional networks to source candidates for active requisitions. Use social media to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing positive relationships. Track sourcing activities in applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five or more years of sourcing experience, or an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree. Experience sourcing diverse, technical talent across engineering, manufacturing, and other disciplines. Extensive online network and social media proficiency. Proven ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers, demonstrating business acumen. Preferred Qualifications: Experience sourcing cleared talent (Secret, Top Secret, SCI, Poly) within the DoD/Aerospace industry. Experience sourcing using agile methodologies. Ability to pivot and switch priorities across organizations.
