Full stack engineer/web developer to work alongside founding team to architect, build, and extend new products. Description
Role:SeniorFullStackSoftwareEngineer ** This role is based in Greenville, SC, and requires in-person/on-site time for team connection and collaboration with leadership. Being onsite is important to how we work together and stay connected as a team. Interviews will be held in person in Greenville, SC. We’re looking for someone who’s either local to Greenville or planning to relocate. Pixlmob is an E-Verify employer. ** About Pixlmob
Pixlmob is a venture-funded, profitable software startup founded in August 2023. We operate a global platform that empowers real estate photographers with access to top-tier editors and AI-powered “done-for-you” solutions—enabling them to scale their businesses more effectively. We're currently building a Real Estate Photographer Directory in partnership with a major player in the real estate industry. This new product is designed to drive growth for our core photography clients by unlocking new lead sources and business opportunities. We’re energized about the possibilities ahead and building on our own momentum as we prepare for our next funding round. Who We’re Looking For
We want a builder—someone excited by the process of bringing bold ideas to life. If you’re ready to move beyond trading time for money and want to make an impact alongside a small, fast-moving team, we want to meet you. Vision & Culture
Our unofficial mission is simple: Make work suck less. We focus on serving professionals at the intersection of the real estate and media industries—particularly photographers and videographers producing PropMedia. Our broader vision is to expand global access to property media by building an ecosystem to capture, craft, protect, and distribute media for real places. Put another way: we help people see places before they see places—through a growing suite of products on our platform. Our Values
We don’t post values just to sound good—we strive to embody them: - Curiosity: We approach challenges with a desire to understand deeply and respond intentionally. - Agility: We iterate quickly, move with purpose, and prioritize clear, respectful communication. - Bravery: We seek the truth, challenge assumptions, and advocate for what works best—even when it’s hard. - Focus: We avoid chasing too many ideas at once. We believe progress is sequential, not simultaneous. We fall short like any team, but we regularly use these values to guide decisions and evaluate what’s working—and what’s not. Hard Work Meets Quality Rest
We believe that hard work and rest aren’t opposites—they’re symbiotic. We’re committed to building a culture that supports both. While startups require hustle, we stand for balance, health, and human well-being. We offer multiple health insurance plans and proactively encourage healthy habits and rest. Every month, we observe at least one paid holiday (even if we make one up), and we coordinate onsite meetings strategically to ensure fair, efficient engagement across onsite and remote teams. Have personal health or wellness goals? Share them—we’d love to support you in achieving them, alongside your career goals at Pixlmob. Role: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to help shape the future of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling new products and systems.
