Houston 50 Waugh Dr. Houston, TX 77007, USA As part of a highly collaborative, cohesive, and interdependent team that works through shared values to achieve the mission of the United Way of Greater Houston (UWGH), the Analyst will support evaluation efforts, provide system management for the Integrated Client Journey Technology Tool (ICJ Tech Tool) self-service model, and support data governance structures. The Analyst will collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate quantitative and qualitative data to demonstrate impact and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making. Additionally, the Analyst will define and coordinate testing procedures and test cases to serve the overall quality assurance needs of the ICJ Tech Tool Self-Service Model. The role involves working closely with the Mission and Strategy team to ensure proper training and relationship-building across organizations and systems to utilize data-driven insights to optimize the Integrated Client Journey (ICJ), ultimately making a positive community impact. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: System management for the ICJ tech tool self-service model:

including end-user support, troubleshooting, and help-desk maintenance. Support community outreach, training, and technical assistance on features, functionality, and privacy. Collaborate with technical vendors for customizations and enhancements. Support planning and implementation of data governance, technology, and data sharing within the ICJ data collaboration. Design and implement data collection methodologies:

including surveys, interviews, focus groups, reporting, and other techniques. Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights. Develop dashboards to monitor metrics and progress. Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations. Cross-functional collaboration:

for planning and implementation related to the Self-Service Model (2.0). Lead special projects on adoption, training, or evaluation. Support continuous improvement based on community feedback and performance data. Contribute to strategic initiatives of the Mission & Strategy Department. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field. Experience

Required

At least 5 years of relevant experience performing principal duties or similar work. Understanding of software system development. Strong project management skills. Ability to synthesize feedback into improvements. Proficiency with Excel, R, Tableau, and Power BI is highly preferred. Licenses & Certifications
