Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment is mandatory. Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment cycle. Recruit through our in-house platform and provide feedback to improve its features and functionality. Maintain requirements and candidate database on our platform. Strong recruiting, sourcing, and technical skills. Read resumes and qualify candidates for technical fitment, behavioral fit, stability, and suitability. Experience in screening, conducting phone interviews, and providing candidate assessments. Drive high-quality selection using various job portals and social networks like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent negotiating, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience dealing with H1B, TN permit holders, and knowledge of tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C). Foster long-term relationships with candidates. Experience in closing contracts, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. Work efficiently to fulfill requirements within quick turnaround times. Exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through vendor partners.
