Sr Manager, ILS, Supply Chain Visibility

You would be responsible for managing international labor standards Supply Chain Visibility (SCV) function providing program, budget, and team management in addition to strategy input. Job Responsibility
Leads the global supply chain visibility (SCV) program, providing strategic direction to ensure alignment with corporate compliance and sustainability objectives. Develops and manages the compliance program framework, including operational policies, governance structures, and performance metrics for SCV and due diligence. Serves on the ILS global leadership team as a direct report to the Executive Director. Collaborates with functional leads to comply with in-scope supply chain regulations (e.g., EUDR, UFLPA, CSDDD) through enhanced SCV and facilitates training to increase awareness and accountability. Promotes organization-wide use of the SCV system and ensures business units have tools and resources for integration into standard operations. Coordinates with IT to ensure the visibility platform meets business needs and regulatory requirements. Engages with executive leadership and business unit executives to report on program progress, compliance status, and risks using data-driven insights. Interfaces regularly with business unit leadership and internal stakeholders including Legal, Corporate Communications, Enterprise Technology, and Global Public Policy to align operations with SCV objectives. External Engagement:
In coordination with Global Public Policy, strengthens external stakeholder engagement and collaboration by building relationships relevant to SCV work. Represents ILS at external meetings, panel discussions, and conferences.
Job Requirements
Required Experience:
6 or more years of experience in CSR, traceability, or other compliance-related work, preferably with specific experience in ethical sourcing or labor standards at an international level. Experience in a managerial role within a corporate or supply chain setting, with international business and operations exposure. Experience managing and leading international teams, budgets, and projects. Demonstrated knowledge of CSR, ethical sourcing, and labor rights issues. Experience in licensing, consumer products, global supply chains, manufacturing, distribution, and operational matters in an international corporate setting.
Strong business acumen and ability to build constructive, sustainable working relationships with senior business leaders. Experience in program and process management, and influencing key stakeholders—both internal and external—at executive levels. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
SA8000 certification or equivalent. Experience in complex, multi-national company and contract negotiations.
Education:
4-year degree in Business, CSR-related field, International Relations, Supply Chain Management, or other related area—or equivalent experience.
