This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have
3+ years of experience as a back-end developer, full stack developer, or Java developer Experience developing, testing, and deploying back-end and front-end software in a programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, Typescript, or .NET Experience developing, testing, and deploying Java software using Java Development Kit Experience implementing and using backend frameworks, such as Java Spring, Nodejs, Go Gin AngularJS, React, NextJS, Spring, Nodejs, NestJS, and Gin Spring, Google Web Toolkit, Hibernate, or Struts Experience with software development life cycle processes, including Agile development Experience with system design, software design patterns, and antipattern Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree

Experience with development tools, such as Git, integrated development environment, or code quality tools Experience in front-end, back-end, and API design Experience leading multiple teams in technical design and implementation Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing technical, functional, and performance issues

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
