We’re seeking a future team member for the role ofSenior Vice President to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL- HYBRID .
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Assumes overall responsibility for the operations, maintenance, and physical appearance of BNY sites in the Florida region.
Ensure sites are maintained to corporate standards, providing a clean and safe work environments for BNY employees and contractors.
Manages site operating expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets. Prepare annual operating and capital budgets in-line with corporate directives.
Provide concierge level service for BNY personnel and guests, as well as any tenants leasing space from BNY.
Manage third party facility management providers adherence to contract requirements, SLAs, and governance.
Coordinate with peers from Corporate Security, Technology and Corporate Services in the daily operation of BNY facilities, as well in the implementation of capital projects.
Manage critical systems and data center spaces, providing guidance and direction to engineering staff concerning standards, maintenance, system modifications and change control.
For projects managed by Design and Construction peers, ensure the project design, construction and overall turnover comply with BNY standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.
Manage facility management team’s implementation of capital projects for critical systems, equipment replacements and facilities upgrades. Ensure projects are completed within agreed upon schedules and budgets.
Partner with Business Site leads to ensure business functions and client events receive best-in-class service and attention.
Implement a Health and Safety Program to ensure a safe work environment for employees and contractors. Ensure all sites are fully compliant with all applicable federal, state and city codes and regulations.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management of Facilities Management.
Minimum of 7-10 years management experience in facilities management and/or operations.
Extensive experience delivering concierge level service with a focus on customer experience and support.
