Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Store associates are also expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high standards of product quality and store appearance. The role involves achieving excellent customer service and meeting sales goals. The selected individual will work at Store #3389, located at 5023 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008, and may also work in surrounding stores within a 5-mile radius. Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work without sponsorship Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English and Spanish Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends If internal, must have a "meets expectations" rating and completed required HR courses Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Responsibilities

Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products Build trust with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately Meet sales goals regularly Maintain work order files and formulas Pull products, tint, and mix as needed Stock shelves and set up displays Clean equipment and load/unload trucks Assist with deliveries as needed Maintain stock and presentation standards Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options Follow inventory procedures Suggest sales improvements
