About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Java Developer to spearhead the design, development, and enhancement of the company's internal data management tools, specifically focused on store location master data. This role requires hands-on expertise in backend development, cloud-native technologies, and distributed messaging systems, along with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and enhancement of the client’s internal Data Management Console used by store and district managers. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Integrate and process large-scale data pipelines using Kafka, Event Hub, or equivalent messaging brokers. Oversee cloud-native application deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features. Guide code quality standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance in Linux-based environments. Apply best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and continuous integration. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of overall experience in backend development and system architecture. 8+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, Data Structures) Spring Framework and Spring Boot RESTful API development and integration Kafka, Event Hub, or other messaging platforms for event-driven architectures Experience working with MongoDB or DynamoDB Proficiency in JUnit or equivalent testing frameworks Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms Familiarity with development tools like IntelliJ or Eclipse Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile/Scrum processes Excellent problem-solving, system design, and communication skills Location:

The salary for this position is between $140,000 - $170,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits : The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, and 5 personal days accrued each calendar year.
