Responsibilities include: Collaborating with executive leadership to define long-term goals Developing HR strategies supporting retail transformation Leading HR plans for an engaged, high-performing organization Managing a global team of HRBP's and fostering collaboration Enhancing HR programs and ensuring consistency Guiding workforce planning, HR technology, and data insights Qualifications: 15+ years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role Experience managing cross-cultural teams across geographies Background in retail, apparel, or omni-channel environments Proven success in change management and building high-performing teams This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, CA, with in-office requirements 3 days a week.
