About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Channel Manager
to drive and expand our channel partnerships across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and strategic partners to generate pipeline and accelerate regional growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a channel growth strategy across key North America territories. Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with Reflectiz’s go-to-market strategy. Build strong relationships with partners and act as their main point of contact. Enable partners with training, marketing support, and sales tools. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and joint pipeline generation. Set KPIs and regularly track partner performance and ROI. Represent Reflectiz at partner and industry events across the region. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry trends in cybersecurity. Requirements 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS industry. Strong understanding of the VAR/distributor ecosystem in cybersecurity. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage. Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
