The LMS Customer Insights team seeks a visionary Principal Insights Analyst with a strong technical background in marketing analytics and measurement innovation. The role involves developing scalable insights solutions to support sales, deepen strategic relationships, and leverage LinkedIn’s extensive member data across the globe. Key responsibilities include innovating data solutions aligned with platform products, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams, and developing complex measurement solutions to enable customer growth and market differentiation. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, consultative, and thrives in collaborative environments with teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering. Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and innovation of custom insights solutions for large enterprise customers, focusing on new data design and development using advanced analytics. Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and risk mitigation. Advise product and engineering teams on data access, core table development, and technical enhancements. Team Leadership

Manage teams to deliver high-quality work and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. Implement new workflows to increase impact and accelerate value realization. Mentor team members and model LinkedIn’s values, influencing stakeholders to think strategically about data solutions. Stakeholder Partnerships

Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize solutions. Build strong partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to scale insights solutions. Influence and build trust with diverse partners across the organization. Commercial Impact

Act as a trusted advisor on measurement capabilities like MMM, MMT, and incrementality testing. Ensure insights align with commercial objectives, supporting revenue growth and strategic decisions. Develop scalable assets demonstrating the value of platform features and expanding use cases. Leverage analytics expertise to influence business priorities and customer outcomes. Qualifications Basic Qualifications

10+ years in digital media or marketing analytics, consulting, or related fields. 5+ years in technical data analytics in customer-facing roles. Proficiency in SQL, Python, data modeling, and marketing analytics methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications

15+ years in digital media analytics or consulting. 7+ years managing technical analytics projects. Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Experience with CRM platforms, data cleanroom technologies, and AI techniques. Experience working with engineering teams and presenting to senior leadership. Additional Information LinkedIn offers a pay range of $148,000 to $230,000, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
