Job Title: Locum - Physician - Primary Care

This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in a clinic dedicated to serving both children and adults. Experience a collaborative environment with a focus on public service, while using advanced electronic medical records (EMR) technology. Job Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care for adults, with the potential for training in HIV care and Integrated Behavioral Health. * Ensure quality assurance through medical chart and lab reviews. * Adhere to clinical protocols, pharmacy, and radiology procedures. * Comply with CLIA, HIPAA, PCER, and OSHA regulations. * Perform pelvic exams, pap smears, and employment physicals. * Assist in directing the Physician Dispensary and managing medical materials. * Engage with a patient population primarily consisting of adults ages 18-65, as well as geriatric patients.
Qualifications:
* Active Georgia license and DEA. * Board Certified in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM). * Graduation from a state-approved school with a specialty in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. * 5+ years of post-training experience. * BLS certification. * Local candidates preferred; mileage reimbursement available. * Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. * Experience in treating the homeless and medically underserved populations is highly preferred.
Licensing and Certification Requirements:
* Active Georgia medical license. * DEA registration. * Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. * BLS certification.
