Communicate the company's mission, values, and objectives. Provide leadership for all site aspects including financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management. Develop and execute sales strategies and operational plans to meet revenue and performance goals. Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with directives. Recognize and reward outstanding team performance. Business/Financial Management:
Create data-driven plans supporting regional and company initiatives. Analyze financial data and KPIs to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. Train and develop resort leads in financial reporting and decision-making. Implement marketing and community engagement strategies. Team Management:
Hire, develop, and manage staff and managers. Oversee onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. Foster a positive, engaged team culture. Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer service metrics. Oversee staffing, training, and issue resolution. Promote sales and brand awareness through customer engagement. Operations:
Adhere to policies and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Lead shifts as Manager on Duty, make staffing decisions, and oversee daily operations. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred. 3-5 years management experience, including P&L responsibility. Availability for 45-50 hours/week, including evenings and weekends. Strong financial and leadership skills. Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and transportation for pets. Experience in hospitality, veterinary, retail management, or related fields is a plus. Bilingual skills are a plus. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Ability to move throughout the resort, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks as required. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
