Boston, MA Shift Requirements after onboarding/training for this role: Tues - Sat, 8 AM - 5 PM This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer Union Level 3, you will be responsible for: Servicing CT/MR Equipment in the Boston, MA area. Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience. Being in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. You will manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management. You will manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with the following, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers: Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision. Ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately. Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment. Required skills for success in this role: Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience. 1-2+ Years of field service experience preferred. Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work independently and in teams. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to travel and provide service in the assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification. Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and a good driving record. Physical requirements include lifting 50 lbs, walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reach, fine grasping, good vision, and ability to work alone. The annual base pay for this position is: Min $0 - Max $0 Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and qualifications. If eligible for commissions, they will be based on performance according to company plans.
