CULTA is currently looking for our next Human Resources Business Partner for Retail. The HRBP is responsible for aligning HR initiatives and functions with the objectives of our retail operations and broader organizational goals. The HRBP is a strategic liaison between the HR department and our retail operations, enabling effective decision-making and improving employee engagement. This position supports the Human Resources Director and all Human Resources related functions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with retail leadership to understand department specific goals and challenges and provide strategic HR guidance and insights. Provide support across the entire retail employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding. Design and deliver HR programs and initiatives that foster engagement and enhance the experience for retail employees. Lead and participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, investigations, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Provide expertise and guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices. Analyze HR data and metrics to generate insights and provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and support strategic decision-making. Support employee training and development initiatives and promote continuous learning and skill enhancement. Travel to all 3 CULTA locations weekly.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business is recommended. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. A knack for building and managing relationships. Must be able to work onsite as needed. Experience with HR software is preferred. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a retail environment. Full understanding of the way a department operates to meet its objectives. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices. A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting. Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
