Senior AI Template Designer

to lead the design and strategy of our image and video ad templates. This remote role requires a unique mix of

strong visual and motion design expertise ,

deep understanding of ad performance and formats , and

hands-on experience with AI tools

(e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, GPT-4, etc.). You will work closely with the product, engineering, and AI teams to define what “high-performing creative templates” mean across formats — from short-form video ads to static image ads and build scalable creative template systems using both traditional design tools and generative AI. What You’ll Do

Design and deliver ad templates (image and video) that perform well across different verticals and channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Build modular, intelligent template systems that integrate with AI-driven generation tools in Creatify.

Write effective prompts and define prompt strategies for image and video generation (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, GPT-4).

Analyze creative trends and performance data to inform template structure and visual direction.

Collaborate with AI researchers and product managers to push the boundaries of AI-assisted creative workflows.

Contribute to internal documentation and creative standards that improve team velocity and output quality.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or digital advertising design.

Strong portfolio showing high-converting ads, especially for e-commerce or performance marketing.

Deep knowledge of ad creative best practices across different formats (UGC, meme, testimonial, explainer, static ads, etc.) and up-to-date understanding of social media trends.

Proficient in design tools (Figma, After Effects, Photoshop)

and

hands-on experience with AI generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Gen-2, Runway, GPT-based creative workflows).

Good sense of design layout and graphic quality.

Demonstrated ability to write and iterate on AI prompts for creative generation.

Strong systems thinking can create reusable, extensible, creative structures.

Keen to detail and have a good sense of logical judgment.

Self-driven, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Highly adaptive to new AI technologies and always up to date.

Nice to Have

Experience working on creative automation platforms or with APIs for video/image generation.

Knowledge of marketing funnels and ad testing strategies.

Background in creative direction or brand strategy.
