Short Intro and About the Job Danone Finance Organization is seeking a driven and innovative FP&A Analyst to play a key role in our continuous transformation journey. Reporting directly to the FP&A team and working closely with functions across finance, this dynamic role offers the opportunity to improve processes and create standardization through digitalization. The role focuses on traditional FP&A activities and transforming reporting standards through Power BI. This position can be based in White Plains, NY, or Louisville, CO. The role embodies Danone's commitment to operational excellence, simplicity, digitalization, and efficiency. As an FP&A Analyst, you will drive initiatives to enhance the Danone Performance System, enabling more time for core finance activities. Responsibilities include providing analytical support, leveraging data for efficiencies, and automating daily tasks and reports. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a high-impact team and grow within an innovative company. Key Responsibilities Evaluate existing finance processes and tools to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to streamline workflows and leverage automation tools like Power BI and Power Automate. Identify digitization opportunities supporting Danone's digitalization goals, especially through Power BI. Develop and maintain Power BI reports to visualize key finance initiatives, including cost savings and efficiency programs. Promote continuous improvement and best practices in data visualization and insights using Power BI. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across finance and cross-functional teams. Guide the finance team in upskilling with Power BI and related tools. Demonstrate thought leadership by exploring new solutions to business challenges with Power BI. The base salary range is $74,000–$96,000, depending on experience. The work environment is hybrid, offering flexibility. About You Proven experience in finance, process improvement, or automation projects. Strong knowledge of financial processes and tools, especially MS Power Tools (Power BI, Power Automate). Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive problem-solver passionate about transformation and innovation.
