Governance and Compliance Engineer (Analyst)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team to support operations and compliance functions across various project teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT audit, system operations, or managing compliance processes in regulated sectors such as government or healthcare. Work Location : Near Bukit Merah MRT / Depot Road Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm Salary Range : $4,000 – $6,000 per month Employment Type : 24-month contract (renewable based on performance and business needs) Eligibility : Singaporeans Only Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between project teams and policy stakeholders for operational and compliance clarifications Review, align, and streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance workflows Assess audit findings and recommend improvements to ground-level practices Conduct compliance briefings and support the dissemination of best practices and post-audit learnings Support cross-functional alignment to enhance IT compliance processes and adherence Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT audit, systems operations/support, or compliance management Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks, audit response handling, and SOP documentation is advantageous Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Apply Now via MyCareerFuture.
