The Opportunity QVC Group Streaming is looking for a Marketing Data & Analytics Lead to lead marketing data strategy, governance, and analytics programs. You will understand data management, analytics, and business intelligence. You can uncover learnings from data and translate them into applicable marketing insights that positively impact marketing strategy and our results. You will report to the Head of Streaming Marketing. Your Impact We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data and Analytics professional to lead our data management and analytics programs. You will help structure our data processes, lead analytics projects, and create relevant insights that inspire our performance. What you will do Develop the Marketing data enablement strategy and analytics roadmap, including data governance, data quality, and data management frameworks.
Collaborate with central data & analytics team, internal Enterprise Data Management team, and external data providers (Conviva) to ensure seamless integration of data systems and tools and improve the data infrastructure for scalability and performance.
You will also work with the marketing channel leads and Martech Lead on Martech implementation/management (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud) and Marketing effectiveness tools (e.g. Transunion MMM/MTA and Branch MMP)
Oversee the collection, storage, management, quality, and integrity of data across the marketing organization.
Oversee the identification and execution of new analytics tools.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Maintain dashboards, data models, and architecture.
Design and implement reporting solutions to allow partners to manage the business and make decisions.
Monitor current metrics, develop new metrics/benchmarks, and partner with channel leads to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
Support teams on the daily work of monitoring current marketing campaigns.
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data management, data or marketing analytics, with at least 3-5 years project management experience.
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledgeable of Python/R (proficiency is a plus).
Proficiency with Databricks and Google Analytics. Knowledgeable of Adobe Analytics.
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
Experience building and maintaining automated forecasting models, using regression or statistical methodologies.
Experience reporting on and generating insights for key performance marketing KPIs (e.g. CPA, CAC, ROAS, etc.)
Experience with MMM and MTA methodologies or other advanced analytical models.
Experience with MMPs is a plus.
