CBRE About the Role:

As a Data Trust Program Manager at CBRE, you will play a key role in advancing and leading the implementation of the company’s Data Trust programs, including data privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, and AI compliance programs.

You will own the coordination of an interrelated portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs that advance CBRE’s dedication to data privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical data stewardship. You will support the operations, development and improvement of CBRE’s Data Trust programs. This may include the creation and maintenance of program documentation and assistance with training and communications efforts related to privacy and compliance awareness.

This position is part of the Legal Compliance function. You will report directly to CBRE’s Data Trust Director and will coordinate closely with a distributed team.

What You’ll Do:

* Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CBRE’s Data Trust programs, especially the global data privacy program * Oversee a portfolio of interdependent initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, cohesive execution, risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes * Lead program resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes * Develop and manage workflows, controls, and metrics to ensure compliance with global data protection regulations * Collaborate with internal partners to Identify and mitigate data-related risks through assessments and audits. * Support the development and execution of training, policies, and procedures related to data privacy and compliance * Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives * Evaluate and implement tools and platforms that support Data Trust programs * Define critical metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on program performance, gaps, and improvement opportunities * Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence others to act. * Provide guidance and support to more junior team members, through collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing and assisting in coordinating and overseeing tasks * Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values

* Bachelor's Degree required with 8 years plus proven experience managing programs at a global company * A strategic approach, with the ability to understand and align program initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring all activities support defined long-term goals * Strong program and project management skills, with proven experience managing multiple, interrelated projects using formal methodologies. Ability to apply advanced knowledge of principles, techniques, and procedures to deliver complex, high-impact outcomes. * Experience in analyzing, organizing, and communicating complex work and ideas * Enthusiasm for building and strengthening relationships at all levels across the organization. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional collaborators, ensuring alignment, transparency, and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle * An outstanding approach to developing and implementing new ways of working and solving outstanding problems that go beyond existing solutions * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products with advanced PowerPoint skills * Tech curious. Fluent in using current and new digital tools while being curious to explore emerging ones that will drive efficiency and effectiveness * Proficient organizational skills with an inquisitive approach * Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems * Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team and department * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. * Solid organizational skills with an inquisitive attitude
