We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager Automotive

to join our growing client. In this role, you will focus on expanding our presence within the automotive sector, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers, and key logistics decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting the automotive industry. Identify and secure new business opportunities across ocean, air, and customs services. Build strong client relationships to understand logistics needs and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with operations, pricing, and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform growth strategies. Requirements: 35+ years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a focus on the automotive sector. Strong understanding of international supply chains and transportation solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.
