Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Our client, a women's and men's fashion apparel brand, is searching for a Store Manager to join their team in NYC! Responsibilities : Lead day-to-day store operations Manage team by leading & motivating for optimal performance to achieve sales goals Provide training and development for store employees Lead recruitment of store employees Oversee team's schedule for seamless store operations Maintain store visual standards Manage store inventory and transfers Qualifications : Associates degree or higher is ideal 3-5+ years of relevant retail sales experience Must demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset Self-starter, highly motivated, excellent time management and prioritization skills Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is sales-focused Please submit your resume for consideration.
