Job Description
The product lead for consent will assess market and business needs to deliver a single source of truth solution for Quest Diagnostics, which gathers, stores, and provides access to downstream applications to appropriately share client and patient data or contact clients and patients based on data rights and consent. The lead will work with regulatory and compliance subject matter experts to ensure Quest's solution meets all applicable requirements and will serve as the solution advocate to maximize adoption and ensure other applications adhere to the centralized solution. Please note:
this position will be hybrid and can be based in Secaucus, NJ; Lenexa, KS; Dallas, TX; Tampa, FL; or Schaumburg, IL. Pay Range:
$100,000 - $130,000 per year. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonuses. Benefits:

Gather requirements and set strategic vision for the solution Define user experience and outcomes Develop a roadmap, requirements, and collaborate with architecture teams Lead a matrix team to deliver the solution Ensure solution monitoring and maintenance Manage LOEs and budget Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Work Experience:
2-5+ years in a similar role; preferred experience with HIPAA consent, interoperability workflows, data sharing, and working with healthcare entities. Physical and Mental Requirements:
Ability to analyze data, make recommendations, and be self-motivated. Knowledge:
HIPAA consent, data sharing rules, clinical workflows, marketing consent Skills:
