Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Principal candidate to join the leadership team of our North American Oil & Gas practice.
About the Role
We are looking for a strong convenience retail/fuel retail consultant to join our Energy Consulting Practice in the US who can support our clients by providing strategic thought leadership on envisioning, differentiating, and transforming customer retail experience.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in retail convenience store operations and transformation with experience in developing new customer journeys, should have executed large transformation programs in Fuel and Convenience retail arena and expert in using design thinking to support client to envisage and deliver to their business goals.
Role & Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to clients with a focus on convenience store and customer transformation. Plan, organize and execute Strategic transformation engagements with our existing and emerging client base Act as an advisor to the Retail consulting team to support their engagements Partner with sales and product experts to guide and develop propositions Develop thought leadership in the “Future Store” and create tailored market relevant Strategic offerings and propositions for clients Use insights to lead client discussions and help shape their Strategic agenda Establish cross-functional relationships within the organization and with clients to be viewed as a “go to” on the topic of retail store transformation Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. At least 7 years of experience in managerial capacity infuel retail or convenience store industry knowledge / experience. Experience in working with senior business stakeholders in designing solution options. Should have managed at least three large engagements in the related business area. Demonstrable experience in Strategic consulting activities for complex organizations with the ability to shape large scale transformations roadmaps. At least 10 years of industry work experience with 4 years of experience in comparable consulting services.. Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations. Preferred Experience Experienced in design thinking, service design and human centric design Working with cross-functional and cross geography teams Working with senior level client stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and resolving issues Co-ordinating multi-faceted activities and deadlines, anticipating challenges, difficulties and pressure points Evidence of thought leadership and innovative thinking Possess strong knowledge & experience in the following areas / capabilities: Experience in Site, Back Office and Head Office Retail transformations Physical to Digital Retail Transformations Customer Experience & Experience Design Store Optimization Implementation of Digital Selling Platforms/E-commerce Experience in defining Strategy and transformation roadmaps Analytics and AI Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visasponsorship are welcome to apply.
