We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Area Manager / Production Unit Manager

to oversee the daily operations of a production unit. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, managing a team of operators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead and manage all aspects of the production unit to meet output, quality, and cost targets. Ensure the timely delivery of products per the production schedule. Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve issues and optimize performance. Manage, train, and develop production staff to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production activities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role. Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles. Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Food Ingredients Manufacturing Industry. Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
