The client is seeking an IT Contract support specialist with a proven background in reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and maintaining complex technical documents. Benefits:

Report to the Chief Operating Officer and support the Central IT Contracts Management and Software Licensing Division. Develop and review statements of work (SOW), statements of requirements (SOR), for IT procurements. Liaise with District Government Agency CIOs and IT leads to gather requirements. Serve as the coordinator for cross-agency requirements to develop acquisition strategies for hardware/software leasing agreements. Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation. Review and administer OCTO’s IT and Telecom Contracts, purchase orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies. Translate technical information into clear documents for diverse audiences. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Support teams to produce technical manuals, online Help, and other documentation. Proofread for accuracy, work with technical resources to improve document quality, and maintain the documentation library. Manage special projects and vendors. Responsibilities:
Coordinate IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities. Develop technical applications to support users. Implement and enforce standards for system design, development, and documentation. Provide training and perform application upgrades. Monitor and report on real-time databases and communications. Troubleshoot issues. Ensure project lifecycle compliance with standards. Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Seniority level:
