Oracle ERP/EPM Solution Architect

with deep expertise in

Master Data Management (MDM)

to join our growing enterprise transformation team. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, integrating, and optimizing Oracle ERP and EPM systems with a focus on unified data strategy and governance. If you’re passionate about cloud transformation, business process optimization, and driving innovation across enterprise platforms—this is your next mission. Core Responsibilities: Architect and implement integrated Oracle ERP and EPM solutions that align with business and technical requirements Lead Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across domains including Finance, HR, and Supply Chain Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to streamline data governance and workflows Guide solution design, configurations, and data migration strategies to support scalability and automation Provide technical leadership across Oracle Cloud applications and data platforms Conduct architecture reviews and present solution blueprints to executive stakeholder Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP and/or EPM Cloud 5+ years of hands-on experience leading MDM implementations Expertise in business process mapping, integration design, and metadata management Proven track record in cloud-based transformation initiatives Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise architecture principles Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Skills: PMP, TOGAF, or Oracle Cloud certifications Experience with AWS, Power BI, or Google Cloud platforms Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean principles Previous experience in a consulting or fast-paced project delivery environment Ready to design enterprise-grade solutions with a data-first mindset?
