We are looking for an experienced and strategic Learning & Organizational Development (OD) Lead to join our human resources team. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with senior leaders and key regional stakeholders to identify development needs and opportunities. You will design and lead an organizational development strategy and roadmap to build leadership capabilities, drive talent management, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with business goals all while placing a strong emphasis on elevating the overall employee experience and supporting NextSilicon's growth and innovation. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, education, business administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience. 5+ years of proven leadership experience in learning & organizational development, preferably in a multinational corporation and within a high-tech or fast-paced industry. Experience with the full lifecycle of learning programs: design, development, delivery, and evaluation. Proven Program Execution: Strong track record of designing and implementing large-scale OD and talent management initiatives that enhance career development and improve the employee experience. Learning Program Design: Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering structured learning programs and classroom-based training initiatives for diverse audiences, including leadership development. Strategic mindset with strong business acumen, execution skills, and attention to detail; comfortable with hands-on implementation of plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Prior experience working in a high-tech, software, or semiconductor company is a significant advantage. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year global organizational development strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals. Manage the full lifecycle of major organizational development initiatives—from needs assessment and strategic design to implementation, communication, and impact measurement. Oversee leadership development across the company, shaping global programs and tailoring local initiatives. Lead company-wide cultural transformation efforts to foster a collaborative, high-performing, and continuously improving work environment Provide expert organizational development consulting and advisory support to HR business partners and business leaders on people and organizational topics. Use data, assessments, benchmarks, and best practices to continuously enhance organizational development strategies and solutions. NextSilicon is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
