Executive Director, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support . This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for district-wide implementation of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework, aiming to improve student achievement through data-driven practices and school improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities include: Leading the district's MTSS framework and continuous improvement processes. Overseeing professional development related to data systems like Educlimber. Collaborating across departments to analyze assessment data and promote data literacy. Supporting and guiding school improvement efforts and evaluating program effectiveness. Managing MTSS staff including specialists and mentors, and developing staff skills. Partnering with community organizations and external agencies to enhance student support services. Minimum Qualifications: Valid MN Teaching License Master’s degree in education At least five years of teaching experience Experience in school improvement or instructional coaching Knowledge and Skills: Experience with evidence-based multi-tiered support systems in K-12 education. Strong leadership, data analysis, and staff management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Requirements:
Current Minnesota Teaching License, valid driver’s license, and ability to work in a standard office environment. This position is full-time, exempt, and based at the Davis Center with a salary range of $164,221 - $205,277.
