Job Description

Management and control of the Tool Service department to achieve planned targets and ensure continuous development of all influencing factors (personnel / quality). Personnel management, including tasks such as disciplinary measures, employee assessment, and personnel development. Ensuring effective induction, assessment, and development of employees by subordinate managers; long-term planning regarding personnel, machine capacity, and processes (e.g., OPSP, CAPEX). Proactively communicate with customers and coordinate with internal and external interfaces (e.g., plant management, production, quality, HR, customers) and sister plants. Plan and implement investments for expansion and optimization; maintain up-to-date and audit-compliant documentation. Responsibility for continuous improvement in technologies and work organization; coordinate GMS activities. Cost center responsibility. KPIs responsibility and ensuring accurate reporting. Qualifications

At least 3 years of technical university studies (e.g., mechanical engineering, production, and automation technology) complemented by additional qualifications in production and management. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a comparable position with personnel and budget responsibilities. Additional Information
