Hiring: Technology Product Manager (Data / AI / Advanced Analytics) Experience:

Technology Product Manager

with a strong background in

Data, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics

to lead the development of intelligent, personalized digital products. This role focuses on leveraging behavioral and transactional data to create contextual experiences that drive customer engagement and loyalty. Define product strategy and roadmap for data-driven and AI-powered personalization at scale. Collaborate with Data Science & Engineering teams to develop and deploy ML models for segmentation, recommendations, and predictive experiences. Translate insights into actionable features across marketing, booking, servicing, and lifestyle channels. Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Servicing, Analytics, Risk, Data Science, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Governance. Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions and articulate complex AI concepts into business value. Ensure privacy, risk, and model governance compliance. Actively contribute to PI Planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional alignment. Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment with measurable business outcomes. Define KPIs to assess personalization effectiveness, model performance, and business impact. Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure scalable, privacy-compliant architecture. Monitor product health post-launch (API performance, SLAs, etc.) Use customer research, segmentation, and journey mapping to drive product decisions. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of product management experience (preferably in travel, finance, or lifestyle domains). Hands-on experience with data-driven products and familiarity with ML model lifecycle. Understanding of customer targeting, segmentation, and real-time personalization engines. Strong knowledge of Agile, PI Planning, and stakeholder engagement. Proficient in tools such as SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau/Power BI, with a basic grasp of Python. Familiarity with ML platforms (ML Studio, Copilot), GitHub, and model explainability tools (SHAP, LIME). Understanding of cloud technologies (preferably GCP), Big Data, ETL/ELT pipelines. Security and compliance knowledge (GDPR, model governance, data privacy). Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Management. Proven success driving enterprise-scale transformations. Strong storytelling and presentation skills (PPT creation and stakeholder influencing).
